Exhibitor Refund Policy & Virtual Pivot Options

For exhibitors who booked space for the face-to-face AREMA 2020 Annual Conference & Expo, we have outlined the refund/pivot strategy below. 

AREMA is now pivoting to a Virtual Conference & Expo being held September 13-17, 2020.  We are offering current Exhibitors three options:
  • Transfer booth funds to a Virtual Exhibit Booth
  • Transfer booth funds to an AREMA Sponsorship in 2020 or 2021
  • Cancel participation in AREMA Expo - Full Refund

Option 1 - Pivoting to a Virtual Exhibit Booth

Continue to support the industry and AREMA by moving to a Virtual Exhibit Booth.  

We have created three booth packages with varying benefits. 100% of your current paid booth fees will now be applied to your new Virtual Booth package.  Depending on what level of exhibitor you currently are, your updated booth selection may result in a refund or your company will be billed for the difference in cost.

Searchable Listing of Product Categories You will select the Product Categories that best fit your company so attendees can find your virtual booth faster and easier.
Post-Event Data Statistics showing the number of clicks that each of your virtual booth components attracted.  
1 Year Active Profile & Exposure The Virtual Event Website will be available for a full year following the event.      
Company Listing on AREMA Conference Website Before Event Company name will be featured on the AREMA conference website prior to the event taking place.      
Expo Power Hours Dedicated hours everyday during the event that do not compete with any other AREMA schedules events.      
Logo Listing Company logo graphic visible on the Virtual Event Webpages.  Sample webpage listing.
      
Attendee Lists Pre and post-show attendee email and mailing list to promote your participation and reach out to potential customers.      
Schedule a Meeting Opportunity to meet with attendees to request a meeting and select from available time slots.       
Social Links Provide your company's social media handles to encourage potential and existing customers to follow and engage outside the event.       
Content Downloads
(PDF format preferred)		 Space to provide downloadable marketing materials or product descriptions. Max 5 downloads.      
Video(s) Include videos to be viewed right on your booth page (hosted video on YouTube or Vimeo) Max 5 videos.      
Main Virtual Event Webpage Exposure Bottom Banner showcasing your company and directing them to your booth or website.

Live Chat Chat real time with potential customers.

While the Virtual Expo is open 24/7 we are advertising the below times as Exhibit Hours.  During these times exhibitors can anticipate the most virtual visitors and inquiries to their booths.  Each day we offer Expo Power Hours to encourage exhibitors to host special content and events in your booth. Option 2 - Transfer to Sponsorship

Paid booth fees can be transferred to an AREMA 2020 Sponsorship Opportunity  or AREMA 2021 Sponsorship. 

Option 3 - Full Refund

A full refund via the original payment method will be available if you choose not to participate in the 2020 AREMA Virtual Conference & Expo.
