Expo Power Hours

Expo Power Hours will take place each day from 4:00 - 6:00 PM (ET).  Power Hours offer exhibitors the opportunity to meet with attendees to showcase their products and services when no other AREMA events are scheduled.  We encourage exhibitors to host special content and events during this time.   

Virtual Exhibiting - New Innovative Options to Connect with Attendees 

• Offer webinars or video content displaying products
• Upload virtual business cards
• Display downloadable resources & marketing materials
• Offer show discounts & deals exclusively to AREMA attendees
• Engage with attendees via built-in booth chats and schedule private meetings (Premium Exhibit packages) 
• Offer product sample requests
• Hold giveaways 
• Live stream demonstrations
• Virtual tour of facility, plant or headquarters
• Provide link for attendees to join your newsletter
• Quiz attendees and offer prizes
• Announce new or upcoming products
• Conduct a poll
• Increase your exposure with a main site banner to draw attendees to your booth
