Registration & Housing

The AREMA 2019 Annual Conference registration fee includes admission to all General Sessions, Technical Sessions, Networking events, most meals offered during the event and the Indoor and Outdoor Railyard Exhibition. The registration fee does not include meals held outside of event hours, travel or accommodations. There is an extra fee for the Annual Committee Chairs Luncheon on Tuesday, Seminars and the Spouse/Guest Program.

 
 
**Twenty or more Full Conference registrations that are submitted at the same time and paid for by one payment will receive a 10% discount if registrations are received by August 8, 2019. Discount applies only to a Full Conference registration fee, not to Presenter Rate, Day Passes, Seminars, Annual Committee Chairs Luncheon or Spouse/Guest Registration. Housing Reservations

Warning: Please be aware that Railway Interchange has not authorized anyone but our housing company (ConferenceDirect) to book rooms for Railway Interchange attendees. If you are contacted by an unauthorized housing company that is not ConferenceDirect, we urge you to end the phone call immediately and do not provide any
credit card/data or secure information to the caller.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 15, 2019 to meetings@arema.org to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15, 2019. Transfers may be made for a $60 processing fee by sending a completed Registration/Transfer Form to meetings@arema.org. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, which could include a Member to a Non-Member registration fee.
