How and when will I have access to the Virtual Conference? more
All registrants will receive an email notification from AREMA with instructions on how to access the virtual event platform on September 10. The platform will be available to access until September 16, 2021.

Will sessions be recorded to access later? more
Yes, all registered attendees will have access to the online platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until September 2021. Registrants will also be able to continue networking with exhibitors and sponsors throughout this period.
Will I be able to earn PDH credits by attending the Virtual Conference? more
Yes, please reference specific credential information here . You can receive up to 14 PDH credits, based on your state requirements.
Will there be networking opportunities? more
We recognize that one of the most important reasons for attending an in-person event is for the networking and interactions with other attendees. While going virtual significantly changes the nature of networking, we are organizing several virtual events that will take place during the Virtual Conference. Be sure to chat virtually with other attendees during the event!
What is the cancellation policy? more
The AREMA 2020 Virtual Conference & Expo is non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, the meeting will be available to access for one year after the event.
What are the other registration policies? more
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the AREMA 2020 Virtual Conference & Expo and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow AREMA's use of any image and distribution via news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the AREMA website (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audios of such events and activities without compensation. Participants should not copy or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in the virtual space. All media becomes the property of AREMA. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by AREMA for any purpose.
This Conference is comprised of recommended practices and relevant accumulated knowledge from subject matter experts in the railroad industry. The Conference does not have Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) approval and students may not rely on attendance and participation to qualify/certify them to become safety-related railroad employees.
As a condition of your participation in this meeting or event, you hereby waive any claim you may have against AREMA and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release AREMA from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from your participation or attendance at the program. No, there is not a group registration option or group discount. Each person will have to register individually for the Virtual Conference to receive PDH Credits.
