Presenter Information

After careful consideration and for the safety of all involved, AREMA will be pivoting the AREMA 2020 Annual Conference & Expo to a VIRTUAL CONFERENCE.  This will be a great opportunity for you to present using a pre-recorded virtual format. Your recorded presentation will allow you to be fully engaged with attendees by providing a chance for them to participate in a Q&A discussion during your presentation. Please see the Technical Sessions schedule  for your presentation date and time slot. Detailed information with guidance/instructions for recording your presentation has been emailed to all Presenters and included webinar tutorials (also posted below). Please record and save your presentation and you will be asked to upload it at a later date. Reminder that recorded presentations are allotted 30 minutes, including Q&A. Please contact Stacy Spaulding with any questions regarding this process.
