Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:

Sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment must be provided within 30 days of securing your sponsorship. Make payable to AREMA in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank account. All payments must be made in full by August 6, 2021. Failure to meet this deadline may prevent sponsor from being included in event promotions.
Sponsoring company will not be recognized on the website until the logo and payment is received.
Sponsorship commitments are considered binding and non-refundable.

Hotel Room Keys - $10,000

Take the opportunity to get your company name and logo into the hands of AREMA and REMSA attendees many times each day. Your logo and company information is imprinted on the front of each hotel key for this room block.

Functional Group Technical Sessions - $6,000

Sponsor one of the six Functional Group Technical Sessions on Tuesday, September 28th. The sponsor will be recognized during their chosen session on signs and will also be included as that session's sponsor in the AREMA 2021 Annual Conference Proceedings.

For those who wish to provide overall support to the AREMA 2021 Annual Conference without identifying a specific function or activity, choose a General Level investment. This investment provides much-needed broad support to help AREMA cover the costs of audio/visual services, support services and other operating expenses during the Conference. Your company name and logo will be displayed throughout the show. *Shared sponsorship

Presidents Dinner - $8,500

The AREMA Presidents Dinner is an invitation-only event, held to honor past and current leaders of the organization. Your logo will be on signs around the event, on the menu and mentioned during the speeches. Sponsoring this event includes two invitations to this exclusive dinner.

Signage - $6,000

Display your company logo on AREMA Conference signage throughout the Indiana Convention Center that is not for a specific event.

Conference Proceedings - $5,000

Be the exclusive sponsor of the AREMA 2021 Annual Conference Proceedings that contains all presentations related to the Conference. All AREMA Conference attendees will receive the Proceedings via email upon check-in. This sponsorship also includes a 4- color page spread (two full pages) with a hyperlink in the Proceedings.

Committee Lounge - $4,500

Committee Members are the heart of AREMA’s mission. Because of their contributions of time, talent and expertise, AREMA is able to provide the essential educational information and tools, knowledgeable community and exceptional experiences that we all value so highly. Give these hardworking Committee Members a place to relax between their sessions, meetings and presentations. Your company name will be listed on a sign while the room is open Sunday through Tuesday and you’ll be able to bring an item* for the committee members as a thank you. *Give-a-way item must be approved by AREMA, please no sales flyers.

Food & Beverage* - $4,000

Your logo could be at all AREMA food and beverage areas during the Conference. Be seen at the Monday Breakfast and Coffee Break, as well as the Annual Committee Chairs Luncheon on Tuesday. Your company logo will be seen by everyone that stops by the AREMA food and beverage events! *Shared sponsorship

Seminars - $4,000

AREMA will be hosting three* seminars before and after the Annual Conference this year. Be represented at all three! Your name will be in all three seminar rooms on the podium banners, on the seminar registration website and you’ll be able to bring a set of giveaways for the attendants as well. Help support these professionals in attendance who are continuing their education by sponsoring these rooms. *If any of these seminars are cancelled, no refund will be issued, but other outlets will be utilized to support high levels of sponsorship exposure.

Platinum* - $5,000

Student Poster Competition - $4,500

Support our Student Members who take the opportunity to present late-breaking results, ongoing research projects and speculative or innovative work in progress through the Student Poster Competition. Your logo will go on each student’s easel for display throughout the event and then moved to a prominent location for the results to be displayed.

Presidents Dinner Dessert & Cocktails* - $4,000

This post dinner reception will give guests another chance to mingle while sipping on after dinner drinks and eating dessert. Your company logo will appear on table top signs and napkins. With the expanding number of AREMA student chapters, student participation at the Annual Conference continues to grow. To keep up with the increasing student involvement, we offer a Student Activity Room for students to meet and network with each other during the event. This room will host the many planned student events and activities. Meet The Next Generation* - $750

This event focuses on the students who represent the next generation of railway engineering professionals. Sponsors can set up a table during the Networking Reception to make contacts and look to fill open career opportunities. Each company will also receive their logo highlighted on a sign at the event and their job openings included in the On-Site Information Booklet distributed to attendees for follow up discussions. *Shared sponsorship

Pre-Opening General Session Entertainment - $1,500

As participants make their way to the AREMA Breakfast on Monday prior to the Opening General Session, they'll be greeted by a lively band to set the mood for the day. All eyes will be on the entertainment. Make sure your logo front and center.

Annual Committee Chairs Luncheon - Past Presidents Tables - $1,400

Be sure your company logo is in front of the AREMA Past Presidents. These esteemed members will be seated at two tables featuring your logo during the AREMA Annual Committee Chairs Luncheon. Make sure your brand is the first they see. This sponsorship is not a Corporate Table.
