Email Communications - $5,000

Be in every email that attendees receive about the AREMA 2021 Virtual Conference.  The sponsoring company can create a custom banner image (1200x300 pixels) to be put in the bottom of all AREMA emails regarding the Conference (except Registration and the recap emails).  For extra recognition, this package comes with a Tier Two Company Profile  to push your attention levels over the edge.

Tier Three Company Profile - $5,000 (9 Available)

Social Media Newsfeed - $7,500 (Committed)

Be the exclusive sponsor of the Social Media News Feed.  This will appear on the Virtual Event homepage with your custom banner to introduce all of the trending topics at #AREMA2021.  Banner size is 600x150 and must be approved by AREMA.  This package also comes with a complimentary Tier Two Company Profile in order to ensure you are seen by all!

Functional Group Technical Sessions - $6,000 (Committed)

Sponsor one of the six Functional Group Technical Sessions that will run the entirety of the AREMA 2021 Virtual Conference.  The sponsor will be recognized during their chosen sessions with a dedicated sponsor tab and the company logo will be included as that session's sponsor in the Conference Proceedings.  In addition, your minute long video will be played prior to the start of the Technical Sessions at the start of each day's education, and after the lunch break.  Lastly, this level of investment also comes with a Tier Two Company Profile for an extended reach to customers.

Monday Keynote Speaker Videos (Committed)

Sign-on to see this panel of keynote speakers inspire through knowledge and experience. Before the message is delivered, share your video with the audience.  There will be two videos before the Monday Keynote Presentation, this sponsorship also come with a Tier Two Company Profile.

• First Video - $2,500 - This is the first of two videos shown prior to the keynote presentation. Video length is 45 seconds.

• Second Video - $3,500- This is the second video shown directly prior to the keynote presentation.  Video length is one minute.

Need a break? Need a laugh? When polling our attendees on what they wanted to see during educational breaks, a comedian was listed as #1.  This event is sure to draw some attention, be sure your logo is seen.  Sponsorship item comes with a Tier Two Company Profile.

Display your company front and center on the Speakers webpage.  Attendees will visit this page to find out more about those presenting AREMA's highly touted technical sessions and keynote speakers. This sponsorship also contains a Tier Two Company Profile to ensure visitors of the page can learn more about your company. Banner size is 600x150. Banner placement is based on the order of commitment.

Thursday Keynote Speaker Video (Committed)

Back by popular demand, Tony Hatch will be presenting his findings on what to expect for the future in the rail industry.  As people tune in for this must-see event, be sure your video is seen by all attendees. There will be two videos before Tony's presentation. Videos also come with a Tier Two Company Profile.

Tier Two Company Profile - $2,500

A Tier Two Company Profile is a great way to show off your company.  This Tier adds a place for your giveaways, logo on the Virtual Event Website and your custom videos for viewers to watch. Sign up for this Tier and receive all the benefits of Tier One as well. 

Attendees Pet Video - $2,000

Did you know that nearly 70% of households in the United States have pets? As attendees submit their pet photos, your logo will be seen on this submission page. Those photos will then be turned into a video where your logo will again be highlighted. Tier One Company Profile - $1,500

Meet The Next Generation - $500

This event focuses on the students who represent the next generation of railway engineering professionals. Sponsors will be able to set up their Meet The Next Generation Company Profile  where students can view your open positions, submit their resumes and schedule a meeting with the recruiter.

Student Room - $2,000 (Committed)

With the expanding number of AREMA student chapters, student participation at the Conference continues to grow. To keep up with the increasing student involvement, we offer a Student Activity Room for students to meet and network with each other during the event. This room will host the many planned student events and activities. Here’s your chance to be in front of the young generation, offer your name on the branded Student Room and make sure they know your company is supporting them.  Continue your brand's exposure with a Tier One Company Profile.

Recap Email & Survey - $1,500 (Committed)

After the event, AREMA will send a recap email along with a survey. Be sure your custom Banner (1200 x 300) is featured in this email. Banner must be approved by AREMA. This sponsorship also comes with a Tier One Company Profile  to round out your sponsorship package.

Java Exchange - $1,000 (3 Available)

These video chat rooms can be branded by your company in between sessions like a real coffee break.  Participants will start their day meeting with fellow participants to discuss what is happening at the Conference and other trending topics. Select your Coffee Break day: Monday, Wednesday or Thursday. For an extra 'perk', this sponsorship comes with a Tier One Company Profile.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:

• Sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Payment must be provided within 30 days of securing your sponsorship. If not paying by Credit Card, please make checks payable to AREMA in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank account.  All payments must be made in full by August 27, 2021. Failure to meet this deadline may prevent a sponsor from being included in event promotions.
• Sponsoring company will not be recognized on the website until the logo and payment is received.
• Sponsorship commitments are considered binding and non-refundable.
• Banners and videos cannot contain prices and must be approved by AREMA.
• All content must be submitted by August 27, 2021. Failure to meet this deadline may prevent a sponsor from being included in event promotions.
