Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before July 21, 2022 to meetings@arema.org to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 21, 2022. Transfers may be made for a $60 processing fee by sending an e-mail to meetings@arema.org. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, which could include a Member to a Non-Member registration fee. All attendees are required to follow AREMA's Code of Conduct Policy while at the Conference & Expo.
