All Annual Conference registrations include entrance into the Railway Interchange Exhibition. The Full Conference registration fee includes post conference On Demand access to technical sessions and keynote addresses.

*Student Applicants: Apply to become a member and your application will be processed within two business days.  Upon acceptance, you will be able to register for free.  

**Group must include 20 or more full conference registrations, received by August 15 and paid with one form of payment. The discount does not apply to those who qualify for Special Pricing or for Guests. Contact meetings@arema.org for additional information.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to meetings@arema.org on or before August 15, 2023 to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15.

Transfers may be made by contacting meetings@arema.org on or before September 22, 2023. Transfers from member to non-member registration will result in additional fees.  After September 22, transfer requests must be handled onsite at the Registration Desk.
