Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before August 15, 2023 to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15.
Transfers may be made by contacting email@example.com on or before September 22, 2023. Transfers from member to non-member registration will result in additional fees. After September 22, transfer requests must be handled onsite at the Registration Desk.
