AREMA Conference & Expo Hotels

Housing reservations for the AREMA Conference & Expo are available only through the official online housing portal. Booking within the AREMA hotel block helps ensure reliable availability, supports our Kansas City host city, and helps keep registration fees affordable.

For the best rates and room availability, we strongly encourage attendees to reserve through the official portal, as pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed through outside providers. Conference hotel rate discounts close August 14, 2026.

Housing Alert

Beware of unauthorized companies—often called “housing pirates” or “housing bandits”—that may contact attendees and exhibitors by phone, fax, or email with offers for discounted hotel rooms. These companies operate under various names and may falsely use official AREMA or conference branding. Please note that they are not affiliated with AREMA. Transportation

All Conference & Expo hotels are within a short walk to the Kansas City Convention Center (KCCC) or are directly connected by a walkway.  Shuttle service will not be provided from hotels to the Convention Center.

The KCCC is located approximately 20 miles from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

Ride Share or Taxi will take approximately 25-30 minutes and costs around $40-$60.
