What is included in the cost of my registration?

Does my registration give me access to the Expo?
Yes, all Conference registrations give you full access to the Expo during show hours.

How can I register a group of 20 or more employees and receive a discount? 
Group registration must include 20 or more “Member” registrations that are submitted at the same time and paid for by one payment will receive a 10% discount per registration, if registrations are received by July 13. Discount does not apply to Students, Academia, Non-Members, Life Members, Presenters, Membership Dues, or registrations that have been confirmed and paid. See our Group Registration Instructions
 
Will the Technical Session be available On Demand? 
All technical sessions will be made available for attendees to view On Demand after the conference concludes for full conference attendees.   
 
How many Professional Development Hours will you receive?  
By attending the Conference, you may earn up to 14.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH). PDH are available through AREMA’s relationship with the New York Professional Engineers (PIE) Program. Individuals needing PDH for other states may self-declare using AREMA’s form. Instructions on how to obtain your PDH forms will be provided prior to the Conference.  
 
How do I retrieve my PDH or PIE Certificate? 
By attending the AREMA Annual Conference you may earn up to 14.5 and Seminars earn up to 26.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH).  Please note that your individual state board has the final authority on approving all Professional Development Hours for activities attended. Your PDH certificate(s) and instructions on how to obtain them will be made available after the conference. 

What if I cannot attend the Conference in person? 
If you are unable to attend the event, it will be available for On Demand purchase in late September.
 
What are the AREMA COVID-19 Guidelines?  
The health and safety of AREMA event attendees is our top priority. Guidance from the CDC, federal, state, and local authorities regarding COVID-19 protocols and precautions will be monitored. AREMA will inform attendees of all health and safety measures, and requirements for attendance as recommendations arise or change ahead of any AREMA event. By participating and attending AREMA events, you agree and must comply with health and safety protocols published by AREMA and local health officials. 
 
If I register for the Conference as a participant, what do I agree to so I may attend?  
You agree to the Code of Conduct at AREMA Events Policy .  
 
What is the AREMA Cancellation/Transfer Policy?  
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before July 21, 2022 to meetings@arema.org to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 21, 2022. Transfers may be made for a $60 processing fee by sending an e-mail to meetings@arema.org. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, which could include a member to a non-member registration fee.  
 
What is the refund policy if I have already paid for an event that has been cancelled?  
AREMA will refund your registration fee back to the original form of payment within 2-3 weeks of the cancellation notice.     
 
Who do I contact regarding my hotel room?  
All housing questions are answered on our Housing & Travel page.

Will AREMA provide a list of attendees for the Conference?  
Yes, an Attendee-to-Attendee List (Name, Company, Title) will be made available to those who choose to be included.
