Frank Miller - Moderator
Frank is the Northeast Rail/Transit Regional Market Leader for STV Inc. and is a registered PE in PA and NC. His AREMA involvement includes: current Director P&T Functional Group, Chair- Membership Committee, Member of Committees 11 (Commuter and Inner-City Rail Systems) and 24 (Education and Training), member of the Publication Committee and an instructor for the Introduction to Practical Railway Engineering Seminar.

Jennifer Crumbliss - Panelist
Jennifer is a senior transportation engineer, professional associate with experience in interstate highway, drainage design, permitting, construction staging and traffic control layouts including design of over 290 railroad crossing. She has over 33 years of experience with 26 years in a lead engineer or project manager role on a variety of project sizes.  Jennifer is a member of Committee 5 (Track) and was a presenter for the AREMA Webinar- Design & Construction of Highway/Railway Crossings.

Gio DiDomenico - Panelist
Gio is a Track Engineer with Kiewit Infrastructures Engineers in Denver with four years of experience in track design and construction inspection. He joined AREMA as a student chapter member at the University of Illinois in 2013 and participated in committees as a student member. Since graduation, he has been a member on Committees 5 and 12 (Rail Transit). Locally in Chicago, Gio has formed a professional group for young professionals in the rail industry.

Karen Horiszny - Panelist
Karen has worked in the railroad industry for 21 years and has been a member of AREMA almost as long.  She became involved and invested in AREMA by participating on Committees 24 and 5.  Committee 5 gave her the opportunity to take on a leadership role within AREMA, starting with Subcommittee Chair.  From there she became Committee Secretary, Vice Chair, and then Chair.  Two years into her three-year term as Committee Chair, she was nominated to serve as Director-Track on the Functional Group Board of Directors.
