Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to meetings@arema.org on or before August 9, 2024, to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 9.
Transfers may be made by contacting meetings@arema.org on or before September 6, 2024. Transfers from member to non-member registration will result in additional fees. After September 6, transfer requests must be handled onsite at the Registration Desk.
